The CTD Collar Script Pack Updater/Installer has been corrected!

The issue was found to be with a minor scripting issue (telling a script to listen to something before it begins to talk is for some odd reason much more difficult then it sounds). This has been corrected and tested. All is working very well. The same changes have been made in the standard scripting Updaters as well.
