If you find yourself having trouble or difficulty with any CTD product, try these steps:

1) Review the provided instructions and additional information available on the CTD Wiki.

2) Review the CTD Forum. If you do not see your questions asked, post one for youseelf. It is very possible that this questions may have already been answered by another customer. The CTD Community has some very helpful people in it.

3) Ask the question in the CT Design group chat for possibly a more interactive answer.

4) Contact the creator, Cryas Tokhes, with your question. Please just simply ask your questions directly as his IMs may have been capped. Please do not start with a single "Hi" or "Hello" message as this will just add to the amount of capped messages. Since it is possible that IMs may be capped, if there is no response within 24 hours please resend the question via notecard. I am usually on daily, however sometimes this may be extended due to other circumstances.
